2017 Leonard Prize Finalists Announced

Last night, the National Book Critics Circle announced this year’s finalists for the John Leonard Prize, awarded to a first book in any genre. The winner will be revealed in January. This year’s finalists include four novels, a collection of short stories, and a book of poems. (Read our interview with finalist Julie Buntin here.)
