Book Trailer Thursday: They All Saw a Cat

In this captivating take on perspective, author/illustrator Wenzel explores how a variety of different creatures perceive one brown house cat. To the dog, the cat looks lanky and jagged. To the child, the cat appears snuggly and soft. And to the fish, the cat is but two big bleary eyes. How will you see the cat? Start by watching the trailer and enter Wenzel’s watercolor world of flitting bees and frightened mice.  As reviewer Lynn Rutan concludes in her starred Booklist review, They All Saw a Cat (Chronicle) is “fascinating, thought-provoking, and completely absorbing.”
