Parents’ Corner: Create a Library for Kids, Instantly

kid lists

Great news for parents! Every two years, the ALA-Children’s Book Council Joint Committee creates a bibliography for those seeking to build a home library. Organized by age, the lists feature classics, great new books, hidden gems, and multicultural titles. Compiled with help from the ALSC’s Quicklist Consulting Committee, this years’ new lists—made for kids 0-14— are out today. You can download them here.
