This Week on Well Read TV: Chantel Acevedo, Sloane Crosley, and Margo Jefferson

In their second installment from the thirty-second annual Miami Book Fair, hosts Terry Tazioli and Mary Anne Gwinn speak with Chantel Acevedo, Sloane Crosley, and Margo Jefferson. The year 2015 was big for each of these authors: Acevedo’s The Distant Marvels (2015), a poignant work of historical fiction set in the author’s native Cuba, was released in April; essayist Crosley’s first novel, The Clasp (2015), debuted in October; and Pulitzer Prize–winning journalist Jefferson released her coming-of-age memoir, Negroland (2015), this past September.

To watch Tazioli and Gwinn’s full conversations with Acevedo, Crosley, and Jefferson, check your public television affiliate’s schedule for this Friday, February 12th.
