Book Trailer Thursday: Pies and Tarts

Do you have two minutes? “Boom, pie.” Or at least, Boom, this trailer where making a galette des rois looks almost that easy. (My fellow Booklisters will want to pay special attention at 1:52.) Stephane Reynaud’s Pies and Tarts (Melville House) also catalogs many of the savory pies prepared as main dishes on the other side of the Atlantic. One of each, please!
