Web Crush of the Week: RA for All: Horror

Shelf RenewalIt’s getting to be that time of year when librarians raid the shelves for anything remotely scary to put on a Halloween display. With that in mind, it seems like a good time to make sure you are all up to speed on everything horror. And there’s no better place to get your horror fix than at Becky Spratford’s blog, RA for All: Horror.

The Readers' Advisory Guide to Horror by Becky Siegel SpratfordAn offshoot of her regular RA for All blog (and official home for her book), the goal of her horror-specific blog  is to help librarians match horror readers with their next good read. She’s got an index of horror reviews, as well as information about publishers, awards, and other horror resources.

Every October, her theme is “31 days of Horror,” where she diligently posts what she’s reading, roundups of horror links, blogging about film and TV, and more. Be sure to check out the blog for great ideas for Halloween—and beyond.
