Gatsby, Gumshoes, and the Golden Age

This weekend’s release of the The Great Gatsby may not start a bathtub gin revival  why locavore sustainable food enthusiasts aren’t all over this, I have no idea), but interest will certainly be piqued by what was happening between the Great War and the Great Depression. To judge by these twentieth-century mystery titles–a lot of mischief.
